Keyitec offers "Free Shipping" for all orders.

• We normally use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, whichever is best for the product you have ordered.
• Should the weight of the ordered item(s) exceed the Fedex or UPS capability, Keyitec reserves the right to use any other LTL carrier to ship your order.

Most orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates. If you have not received your product(s) within 10 days, do not hesitate to contact us for an update - support@keyitec.com - In your e-mail, indicate PO#, returned e-mail address and phone number; a customer service person will get back to you with an update.

Once the product(s) is on its way, you will be notified by e-mail and receive the name of the carrier and the tracking#.
